The Cultural Affairs Department of Maharashtra Government will be ushering in the new year with 'Saptrang 2014', a musical and cultural festival, to be held from January 3-9.
The festival would be inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan at the Gateway of India.
